You will handle multiple channels, support loan life cycle, and educate customers on loan options and optional insurance; the position offers base salary of $18–$20/hour plus incentive program and potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new connections and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan process and life cycle, presenting tailored solutions based on customer needs.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers through multiple channels (phone, email, chat) and our in-house systems.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
