Job summary

OneMain Financial Group is seeking Loan Sales Specialists to help customers access financing in a fast-paced, customer‑focused environment. The role offers growth opportunities and competitive compensation with incentives based on individual and branch performance.

Base salary is targeted at $16.50–$19.00 per hour, with additional compensation programs. A Monday–Friday schedule with some extended hours, including possible Saturdays, is typical. On-site work in Minnesota is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands of the role.
• Exceed customer expectations and deliver results toward branch goals.
• Engage customers throughout the loan process and present tailored solutions.
• Manage loan life cycle including collections while complying with laws.
• Interact via phone, email, chat and in-house systems to assist customers.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve and stay goal oriented.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
