Qualifications

• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Spanish language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to ensure timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and results for individual and branch goals.
• Engage customers throughout the loan process with tailored solutions based on needs.
• Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, and in-house systems to provide support.
• Demonstrate achievement motivation and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
