Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to ensure timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations and deliver results toward branch goals.
• Engage customers throughout the loan process and life cycle with tailored solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycle, including collections, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve and stay goal oriented.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
