Job summary

General Electric Credit Union in Cincinnati is looking for a Loan Servicing Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the loan servicing team. You will be responsible for training, coaching, and developing team members while ensuring operational and member service goals are met.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, preferably in lending or loan servicing, and skills in problem-solving and team development. The position offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance, a 401k plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience leading a team of 5 or more.
• Minimum of two years of lending or loan servicing experience preferred.
• Prior experience writing lending procedures and training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the loan servicing team.
• Train, coach and develop team members.
• Assist manager with hiring and performance management.
• Monitor workflow and create schedules for the team.
• Conduct analysis to develop and implement process improvements.
