Job summary

CenterParc Credit Union seeks a Centralized Loan Servicing Manager to lead servicing operations for real estate loans, consumer loans, auto loans, and lines of credit, ensuring regulatory compliance and outstanding member service.

The role requires 5+ years of mortgage and consumer loan servicing experience, strong leadership, and the ability to scale servicing processes across products and teams.

Qualifications

• +Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience.
• +5+ years of experience with mortgage lending products, processes, and regulations.
• +Working knowledge of MS Office and mortgage software such as Symitar and Mortgagebot.
• +Ability to lead centralized servicing team and ensure regulatory compliance.
• +Experience in real estate and consumer loan servicing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the centralized servicing operations for real estate and consumer loans to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Ensure servicing standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements are understood and followed.
• Develop cross-training to cover all servicing disciplines and products.
• Collaborate with compliance on regulations affecting mortgage pricing, rate locks, and reporting.
• Monitor and improve service quality, efficiency, and member experience.
