Job summary

Vantage West Credit Union in Tucson, AZ seeks a Supervisor, Loan Servicing to manage day-to-day operations of the Loan Servicing team, overseeing Payment Processing, Title Work, Insurance (claims and force-placed), and mail handling, while ensuring compliance with policies and delivering excellent member service.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in business/finance or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in loan servicing with supervisory experience.
• Experience improving processes to reduce risk and increase efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise functions of the Loan Servicing Department.
• Assist in overseeing daily operations with the Manager of Loan Servicing.
• Develop and implement standards for productivity and error reduction.
• Create a team culture focused on continuous improvement and member experience.
• Interview, hire, train, and develop employees.
• Maintain policies and procedures ensuring regulatory compliance.
