Job summary

Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union in Gardena, CA is seeking a temporary Loan Servicing Representative. You will support the servicing and lending departments, handling loan and account inquiries, payments, and reporting processes.

The role requires at least two years of experience in consumer/real estate loan servicing, familiarity with 10-key and Windows, and a strong attention to accuracy and regulatory awareness. This is a temporary, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in a financial institution focusing on consumer and real estate loan servicing.
• Proficient with a 10-key keypad and Microsoft Windows.
• Strong reading, writing, arithmetic and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of loan documentation and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with daily telephone, email and fax inquiries
• Provide courteous, prompt service for all members and/or vendor inquiries
• Process payments, deposits, transfers, and end-of-day balancing
• Maintain knowledge of all products and services
• Respond to inquiries regarding products, services, and account maintenance
• Handle routine and non-routine consumer and real estate loan account adjustments and corrections
• Process pay by phone payments and reporting
• Monitor loan servicing reports as assigned
• Coordinate payments to insurance providers for repairs to member collateral
