Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of office environment experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong communications skills, written and verbal; comfortable with customers, coworkers, and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to Loan Services: update loan data, assemble documentation, deliver documents, and order supplies.
• Ensure loan files contain accurate documents with signatures, dates, and data per policy and regulations.
• Check documents for vesting, legal descriptions, closing dates, and signatures.
• Maintain new and paid loan files; provide documents and reports to meet government requirements.
• Perform clerical duties using office computers and generate reports as needed.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding loan processing, documentation, and other loan information.
