Responsibilities

• Enter and verify new loan information in the core system.
• Prepare loan disbursements and balance transactions.
• Research and resolve unposted loan payments.
• Maintain loan ticklers and follow up on required documentation.
• Review loan data and transaction reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with loan document imaging, scanning, and electronic filing.
• Monitor non-escrowed real estate taxes for delinquency.
• Assist with the annual mass escrow analysis.
• Maintain accurate active and closed loan files per retention rules.
• Provide backup support within the Loan Department.
