Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of loan attributes to complete data entry and authorize adjustments.
• Provide information and resolve issues for customers over the phone (and in person) regarding loan accounts.
• Maintain knowledge related to loan balances, payments, interest, insurance, taxes, title, and payoffs.
• Read and interpret loan documents and calculate figures such as interest.
• Coordinate with title/insurance companies and government agencies to resolve issues.
