Horicon Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing Representative to support commercial, residential real estate, and consumer loan portfolios. You will board loans, maintain records, reconcile accounts, and ensure regulatory compliance while providing excellent service to customers and internal teams.

The role involves processing transactions, coordinating escrow accounts, and handling reporting to secondary markets, including SBA-related activities, with attention to accuracy and deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; at least two years in banking or related field preferred.
• Strong computer literacy with Office Suite, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support bank sales function by delivering excellent service to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Process and verify posted transactions and loan maintenance activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Board new loans to core processing system and disburse proceeds and related transactions.
• Perform quality control reviews of loan documents and manage imaging and file maintenance.
• Reconcile loan reports, records, and general ledger accounts; monitor index rate changes.
• Coordinate with insurance and tax vendors for hazard and property tax tracking.
