Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 1+ year of banking experience preferred.
• Experience with loan analysis, account reconciliation, or related financial processes is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Receive, validate, and complete basic to moderately complex loan maintenance requests.
• Process loan payments and payoffs; research and resolve payment issues.
• Reconcile loan balances and resolve discrepancies; manage escrow and collateral-related tasks.
• Provide customer and partner support; escalate complex issues as needed.
