Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 3+ years clerical or banking experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of loans and related data systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for loan customer inquiries via phone or ticket, meeting service level standards.
• Identify and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Initiate and complete payment reversals and corrections per procedures.
• Review billing notices and schedules for accuracy.
• Process payments (electronic transfers, ACH, wires) accurately and timely.
• Maintain expertise in loan servicing and related policies and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by phone or email to internal and external customers.
• Prepare and review loan reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Stay current on local, state, and federal regulations affecting loan servicing.
