Job summary

Cake Mortgage Corp is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Servicing Specialist to join our fast-growing wholesale mortgage team. This in-office role focuses on accurate loan maintenance, responding to member inquiries, and day-to-day operations of our loan portfolio.

Candidates should have banking or customer service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and Adobe.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
• Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a changing environment.
• Proficiency in Spanish or Armenian is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Completing loan maintenance requests.
• Corresponding verbally and in writing with borrowers.
• Collect borrower payments and/or place collection calls.
• Interact with and process requests from Investors.
• Enter boarding/purchase information.
• Research and resolve loan-related issues (e.g., missing payments).
• Perform other duties as needed.
