Job summary

Bank of Utah in Ogden, UT seeks a Loan Servicing Processor I to provide customer service and servicing for commercial, SBA, and construction loans. You will input and maintain loans in the DNA Core system and support loan officers and assistants.

Responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining files, and handling escrow and draw procedures while meeting productivity expectations. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School education completed.
• Basic understanding of debits and credits and loan documentation.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain productivity.

Responsibilities

• Books and verifies all loan types to DNA.
• Complete loan file maintenance and status changes.
• Provide customer service to commercial loan customers and drawings.
• Perform GL reconciliations as assigned.
• Process interest reserve payments on construction loans.
• Assist with investor reporting for SBA loans.
