Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing Analysis and Support Processor to provide accurate servicing of commercial bilateral loan inquiries, review documentation, validate system data, and document actions for bankers and partners.

The role handles routine to moderately complex servicing tasks, researches discrepancies, ensures audit-ready records, and collaborates with Operations, Risk, Compliance, and other teams in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–5 years or more of operations services related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Process servicing activities for commercial bilateral loans in alignment with internal policies, loan documentation standards, regulatory requirements, and established procedures.
• Review assigned work for accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and appropriate supporting documentation while meeting SLAs and quality expectations.
• Research and resolve routine to moderately complex discrepancies through document review, system comparison, payment or amortization review, and guidance consultation.
• Review loan files, transaction histories, and system data to gather facts, validate required information, and support customer or banker inquiries.
• Document research steps, decisions, outcomes, and open items for audit or quality review.
• Escalate process gaps, risks, data concerns, and non-routine servicing issues to the appropriate channel.
