Dominion Financial Services seeks a hands-on Loan Servicing Manager to support the Director of Loan Servicing in overseeing daily operations, driving workflow, and ensuring servicing tasks are executed accurately and timely.

The role partners across departments, manages escalations, coaches a team of 8+ specialists, and helps improve processes to maintain service levels for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years mortgage or loan servicing experience.
• 1-3 years leadership or team lead experience.
• Experience supporting employee development and cross-training.
• Strong understanding of servicing operations and loan lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Self-starter with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day loan servicing operations across core functions.
• Monitor queues, response times, and service levels.
• Identify workflow gaps and implement practical solutions.
• Coach and supervise a team of 8+ loan servicing employees.
• Escalate personnel, performance, or workflow concerns to the Director.
• Collaborate with Originations, Draws, Insurance, Special Assets, and Relationship Management to resolve issues.
