Job summary

Florence Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing Manager to oversee residential mortgage and consumer loan servicing at the Main Office. You will ensure accurate loan setup, payment processing, escrow administration, investor reporting, customer service and regulatory compliance while guiding a team to support growth and policy adherence.

Responsibilities include staff leadership, evaluating new loan products or software, managing reporting, and providing strategic direction for core systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in the banking industry.
• Minimum 5-7 years of loan servicing experience.
• Strong understanding of loan products, services and systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficient PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential mortgage and consumer loan servicing activities.
• Ensure accurate loan setup, payment processing, escrow administration and investor reporting.
• Provide leadership to servicing staff and drive customer satisfaction and compliance.
