Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Experience in banking, financial services, loan servicing, or related field preferred.
• Experience with loan servicing systems is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks accurately.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain borrower records and related account information within loan servicing systems.
• Review Beneficial Ownership documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Follow up with internal partners to obtain necessary documentation and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts related to invoices, payments, and suspense balances.
• Set up and assess fees associated with invoice processing and loan servicing activities.
• Review, distribute, and reconcile incoming wire transactions.
• Process routine loan payment transactions accurately and timely.
• Perform customer information and non-monetary loan maintenance updates.
• Complete transaction verification and callback procedures when required.
• Respond to inquiries from internal business partners regarding loan servicing activities.
• Prepare management reports related to compliance, reconciliations, and operational metrics.
• Perform end-of-day balancing and reconciliation activities.
• Support additional servicing and operational tasks as assigned.
