• Supports relationship banking with ongoing customer contact and product knowledge.
• Assists loan officers with closing, booking loans, and document preparation.
• Assists customers with loan/credit applications and updates loan info.
• Ensures loan files have signatures, dates and correct data.
• Prepares/verifies loan documents, vesting, and closing details.
• Prepares and mails past due notices; handles inquiries about loans and accounts.
• Provides NADA values for customers and performs clerical duties as needed.
