Job summary

World Finance Company of Georgia, LLC is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax preparation and loan-related services. The role involves daily outbound calling, in-person meetings, and close collaboration with branch teams to meet performance targets.

You will handle collections, provide customer service, prepare tax returns, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to independently perform bank runs including deposits.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, applications, tax services, and new business; thrive in a high-volume environment.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and arranging payment plans.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions per policies.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax prep, payments, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and process payments, updates, and tax documents in company systems.
