Job summary

The position is on-site, Monday–Friday with occasional extended hours. A high school diploma or GED is required, and bilingual Spanish plus sales or customer service experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle with tailored solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycle including collections while complying with laws and regulations.
• Interact with customers via phone, email, chat and internal systems.
• Demonstrate drive and goal orientation to achieve results.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
