Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred or required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Multitask effectively to meet dynamic role demands and provide timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and encouragement to achieve individual and branch goals.
• Engage customers throughout the loan process, offering tailored solutions based on their needs.
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Interact with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate a results-driven mindset and goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms clearly.
