OneMain Financial Group is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to engage customers, present loan solutions, and guide them through the financing process. This role emphasizes responsive service, empathy, and a drive to meet branch goals.

You will work onsite, with a schedule Monday through Friday and occasional extended hours, to support customers and advance your career within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and encouragement, delivering results related to individual and branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle, presenting tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Exhibit passion for achievement, bringing an internal drive to succeed and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Clearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
