Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage customers, guiding them through loan options.
• Manage loan lifecycle including collections activities while ensuring compliance.
• Build connections and educate customers on loan terms and optional protections.
• Coordinate via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
