Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred experience in Sales, Collections or Customer Service.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to deliver timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations by delivering results for individual and branch goals.
• Develop new connections and engage customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle with tailored solutions.
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and internal systems.
• Demonstrate passion and an internal drive to achieve and be goal-oriented.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms and options.
