Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to engage customers and provide access to financing for life’s expenses. You will educate customers on loans, insurance options, and terms while meeting branch goals in a collaborative team environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with preferred experience in sales, collections or customer service. On-site work with a Monday–Friday schedule and some extended hours, including Saturdays, is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: sales, collections or customer service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands while delivering timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement to meet branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers during the loan process and lifecycle.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while complying with relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, in-house systems) and educate them on loan options and insurance products.
