OneMain is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to help customers access financing solutions while delivering friendly, reliable service in a on-site role at our Plainfield, IN location.

In this role you will multitask across loan processes, engage customers through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems, and contribute to branch goals with a customer-centric approach. Sales or customer service experience is preferred, and bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual - Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to provide timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with ease, empathy and encouragement to meet branch goals.
• Develop and maintain connections with customers during loan processes, offering tailored solutions.
• Manage loan life cycle including collections while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate passion for achievement with a goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
