Target base salary range is $18.00-$22.00, based on skills and experience. Additionally, this role is eligible for a competitive bonus program tied to individual and company performance.

In the Role
  1. Effectively multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  2. Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement, delivering results related to individual and branch goals.
  3. Develop new connections and maintain existing ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle, presenting tailored solutions based on customer needs.
  4. Manage the lifecycle of loans, including collections activities, while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  5. Engage with customers and other departments via multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
  6. Exhibit passion for achievement, bringing an internal drive to succeed with a goal-oriented attitude.
  7. Clearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring thorough understanding of loans, terms, and options.

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience

Schedule

Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours including potential Saturdays.
