Role Overview

We seek positive, enthusiastic individuals to deliver excellent service to our customers. As a fast-growing online consumer finance lender, we provide solutions across the country. We are hiring a Sales Associate capable of engaging confidently with customers and prospects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work independently in a fast-paced remote environment with guidance from management and team members.
  • Multitask effectively and ensure timely, efficient service.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails via our dialer system.
  • Assist customers with ongoing applications, providing information and support.
  • Communicate through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, internal systems).
  • Assess customer needs, explore options, and introduce different loan types.
  • Build trust and customer loyalty throughout the application process.
  • Guide customers through application steps: verifying info, uploading documents, documenting applications, answering questions, and explaining loan options.
  • Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and lending laws.
  • Complete sales training on product knowledge, sales tactics, and systems.
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics.
  • Actively seek and give feedback for continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of call center experience, preferably with high-volume calls or dialer systems.
  • Customer satisfaction and sales skills.
  • Coachable, adaptable, eager to learn and grow.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and sales tactics.
  • Goal-oriented with proficient computer skills.
  • Self-motivated and performance-driven.
  • Understanding of credit bureau reporting.
Location & Compensation

This is a fully remote role; you may work from anywhere, with optional visits to our Irving, TX office. All team members must reside in approved locations at start date.

Pay: $19-$20/hour, plus potential monthly bonuses based on performance.
