Qualifications

• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual - Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Effectively multitask and adapt to dynamic demands of the role.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement, delivering results toward branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan process.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while following laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
