Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

- Engage customers across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with tailored loan solutions
- Manage loan lifecycle including collections while complying with laws
- Educate customers on loan terms and insurance options to support informed decisions
- Drive ownership and accountability with a goal-oriented attitude
- Collaborate with other departments to present options and close loans
