Job summary

OneMain is hiring a Loan Sales Specialist in Memphis, TN. This on-site role focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting tailored loan solutions, and guiding clients through the loan process from start to finish.

You will work to exceed customer expectations, handle lifecycle activities including collections, and collaborate with internal teams to meet branch goals while promoting optional insurance products. The position offers earnings with incentives and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: experience in Sales, Collections or Customer Service.
• Bilingual Spanish language skills required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement, delivering results related to individual and branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle, presenting tailored solutions based on customer needs.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Exhibit passion for achievement, bringing an internal drive to succeed and goal oriented attitude.
• Clearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring customers have a thorough understanding of the loans, terms and their options.
