OneMain Financial in San Jose, CA is hiring Loan Sales Specialists to listen to customers, present financing options, and help people access affordable credit for life’s expenses. You will multitask in a dynamic, goal-driven environment, strive to exceed customer expectations, and guide clients through the loan lifecycle across phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.

This is an on-site, Monday–Friday role with some extended hours, including Saturdays.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Effectively multitask and adapt to dynamic demands while delivering timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with ease, empathy, and encouragement to meet goals.
• Develop and maintain connections by presenting tailored loan solutions.
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections, in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Engage customers and departments via phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve and work toward branch objectives.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
