Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; lending certification a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial, consumer, or mortgage lending.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to manage multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow a loan client portfolio.
• Perform credit analysis, review financials, and prepare proposals.
• Cross-sell bank products to deepen relationships.
• Monitor portfolio, ensure compliance and timely client reviews.
• Represent the bank at community events and network to generate business.
