Job summary

West-Aircomm Federal Credit Union in Beaver, PA, is seeking a Loan Processor to join our lending team. This role manages loan applications, ensures accurate documentation, and maintains regulatory compliance to serve our members.

This position conducts interviews, prepares loan files, disburses and closes various loans, posts and reconciles balances daily, and coordinates closings. It also supports other departments and promotes CU products with a strong emphasis on accuracy and member service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in loan processing or lending preferred.
• Knowledge of lending practices, loan documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with data processing and internet-based systems.
• Flexibility to work across multiple branch locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate loan closings.
• Release titles for paid-off auto loans.
• Assist the VISA Credit department with inquiries and tasks as needed.
• Promote credit union products and services to members.
• Ensure compliance with all lending regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act requirements.
• Provide support at branch offices as requested by management.
• Perform additional lending-related duties as directed by the VP of Lending.
