Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years prior experience in a processing or lending related field preferred, banking experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan and deposit applications for closing in branch or electronically.
• Verify closing conditions are satisfied before closing.
• Book loan and deposit applications and disburse funds timely.
• Support Direct Loan Processing Coordinator with information gathering and follow-up.
• Respond to inquiries about direct loans from members and SCCU staff.
• Provide branch documentation support and maintain call queue availability.
• Meet productivity and loan quality standards.
• Support Express Sales by sharing product information with members.
• Communicate clearly in person, by phone, and in writing per service standards.
• Adapt to changing environments and reorganize tasks as needed.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and problem-solving; suggest improvements.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
