Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Prior loan processing and bank teller experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review loan application files to verify data completeness and compliance.
• Type and mail adverse action notices to applicants.
• Initiate title insurance and appraisal orders.
• Prepare loan applications, closing documents, and related forms using the computer system.
• Assemble documents for loan closings (title insurance, loan forms, tax receipts).
• File and maintain loan records.
• Calculate and review interest, principal, payment, and closing costs; correct errors.
