Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of general clerical office experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or banking preferred.
• Some banking knowledge and familiarity with CIP, BSA and AML policies.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Good written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documents and review executed paperwork.
• Board new requests through LoansPQ into IBS.
• Handle disbursements for new consumer loans and lines of credit.
• Conduct quality control review for newly boarded loans.
• Balance General Ledger after the new loans are boarded.
