This role is critical to driving execution, ensuring all diligence items are collected, reviewed, and cleared in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of organization and communication across all parties involved.
The Loan Processor will serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers and brokers throughout the processing phase, taking full ownership of their pipeline and ensuring that files move efficiently through underwriting, third‑party ordering, and closing.
