Responsibilities

• Perform routine operational duties for residential, construction, and commercial mortgage loans in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with mortgage and title companies, appraisers, real estate agents and other professionals.
• Assist loan officers in the application process; gather information and documentation; order credit reports and other determinations; conduct title searches.
• Originate loan documentation and onboard loans; funding and payments processing.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and applicable laws and regulations.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
