Job summary

Bank of Lexington Inc. in Lexington, Kentucky seeks a full-time Bank Teller to deliver outstanding customer service while handling daily cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and routine banking tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a hard-working mindset, strong math skills, proficient computer literacy, and excellent interpersonal communication. Prior teller or customer service experience is preferred; opportunities to learn and promote bank products are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year working experience in a customer service position.
• Bank teller experience preferred.
• Strong math ability to balance cash.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Cash handling and processing deposits, withdrawals, cashier’s checks, and payments.
• Provide exceptional service to customers and cross-sell bank products.
• Balance cash and maintain accuracy per policy.
• Handle consumer and business requests professionally and escalate as needed.
• Represent the bank in professional and community settings.

This position is for a full time teller.
