Job summary

Genesis Capital LLC seeks an on-site Loan Operations Specialist to manage a high-volume loan pipeline and ensure closings occur as scheduled in compliance with policies. You will coordinate third-party orders, perform document quality checks, and assist with underwriting and funding processes.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong communication skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced real estate/financial services environment, and capable of interfacing with high-powered clients

• Must be detail oriented and organized.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume loan pipeline and ensure timely closings.
• Coordinate third-party orders and SLA adherence.
• Perform quality control of title, contracts, and closing docs.
• Coordinate lien resolution with title and third parties.
• Prepare and submit loan files for underwriting and funding.
• Maintain and update pipeline and funding dates.
