Genesis Bank in Newport Beach, CA is seeking a Sr. Loan and Operations Administrator to manage the full loan lifecycle, from documentation to funding and servicing.

The role interfaces with Relationship Managers, settlement partners, and underwriting to ensure accurate, compliant loan packages and timely closings. Responsibilities include preparing loan documentation, reviewing credit approvals, and maintaining ongoing servicing tasks while ensuring adherence to bank policies and regulatory

Qualifications

• Banking experience and loan documentation knowledge is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
• Proficient with standard banking software and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full loan lifecycle: documentation, boarding, funding, servicing, payoff.
• Prepare and review loan documentation packages and checklists.
• Interpret Credit Approval Memos to finalize documents accurately.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Credit Administration, brokers, escrow, and title to obtain missing items.
• Audit loan documents against approvals and checklists for accuracy.
• Ensure funding conditions are met before releasing documents to borrowers.
