Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG is seeking a Loan Processor to handle moderately complex assignments with limited supervision. This role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills to interact with customers and vendors while maintaining data integrity across a broad loan product set.

Responsibilities include managing loan pipelines, reviewing files for guideline adherence, ordering documents, and coordinating with underwriting on complex issues.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years relevant experience.
• Prior loan processing experience or finance experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, follow-up & relationship building skills.
• Must have the ability to prioritize, be detail oriented & results driven.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage pipeline of loans to ensure data integrity of all data and process inputs.
• Review loan files to verify procedures per guidelines.
• Order necessary documents.
• Follow up with vendors to obtain required documentation.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Clear prior to close conditions (with signature).
• Partner with underwriting on difficult/exception issues.
• Review the Closing Disclosure with the customer prior to closing.
• Organizes and services the production output of servicing activities.
• Occasionally mentors lower level processors.
