Job summary

Southwest Missouri Bank is seeking a full-time Loan Support Associate to deliver high-quality customer service and assist lenders with processing, documentation and regulatory compliance. The role involves handling deposit account questions and banking inquiries while contributing to cross-selling opportunities.

You will coordinate with lenders, title and insurance partners and participate in ongoing training. The position requires available hours 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior loan processing experience or deposit account experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
