Job summary

Southwest Missouri Bank is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist to provide excellent service while assisting lenders, title and insurance partners and customers with deposits and loan inquiries. You will support loan processing, documentation and compliance tasks, maintain knowledge of accounts and products, and look for cross-sell opportunities during daily calls and community activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior loan processing experience preferred or deposit account experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer needs and inquiries with accurate, confidential service.
• Provide administrative support to lenders in setup and servicing of loans.
• Support loan processing, documentation and compliance per bank policy and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of accounts and products to advise customers.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services.
• Contribute to deposit growth through calls and community involvement.
