Responsibilities

• Create new loan files by preparing documentation for scanning, entry into banking information system, and proper storage.
• Perform quality checks of loan packets, document deficiencies, and resolve exceptions with Loan Officer.
• Track invoicing for credit life sales on loans.
• Complete lien searches and lien filings; maintain current liens by filing continuations and terminations when needed.
• Monitor cancelled insurance policies and initiate timely follow-up with internal parties.
• Assist with reports and audits in evaluating loan operations performance.
• Communicate with loan officers to provide accurate and timely documents to customers.
• Stay current on products, software, and regulation changes through training.
