Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in loan processing, loan specialist, auditing, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• World class customer service and a positive attitude.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends during peak season.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers.
• Maintain turnaround times to meet volume targets.
• Process and audit loan files; verify underwriting documents.
• Verify contracts have signatures and email copies.
• Verify checklist completion and tasks.
• Review borrower documents and address discrepancies with the underwriter.
• Enter loans into servicing software and set up new loans.
• Inform borrowers of payment method, first payment date, and contacts.
• General duties including customer support and problem resolution.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
